CARRY EACH OTHER
- Every Rusher can count on the entire team to support them.
- Partners get the collective knowledge of the studio when working with us.
- Whenever possible, Rushers are expected to offer assistance to others, even if the situation or question isn’t related to their current project.
- We share knowledge when we can: Whether its through a Lunch and Learn or just by documenting new solutions, we like to show off what we learn.
- Constructive feedback is important. We expect people to give it and take it well. Never let things fester.
- Being a jerk is not acceptable and won’t be tolerated.
